I've always wondered what it ment... if i knew i might use it! LOL!
Being in an open relationship can mean more than one thing.
Me and my husband have an open relationship in which we are commited only to each other - but we bring other people into the bedroom at times.
An open relationship can be done many ways. It can be a couple who commit themselves to more than one person, a couple who are commited to each other but are allowed to sleep with other people also, etc.
Wow ... so, it's only the women who are sluts then, right? Perfectly ok for the guy to see other people though? Apparently you have some sort of misconstrued view of the subject ... please leave your ignorance at the door before entering this site.
I think its pointless because its practically cheating, but yeah its when your in a relationship with someone, and you want more choice of who your dating.
It means you are fully committed to being a slut while still giving someone that your Really in love with the title of "boyfriend"
It means you're attached, but you and your partner are both okay with you "seeing" other people.
It means ur in a relationship but its not serious or its open to explore more dating expiriences
