Did you use protection? You need to go and get a sexual health check to make sure you did not catch anything first and foremost. If it was unprotected then please don’t put your wife at risk by having unprotected sex with her in the meantime, before you know you are clean.
The only other thing is to decide whether to tell your wife at not. If it was genuinely a drunken mistake and you would never dream of cheating and know you won’t again, then maybe don’t say. Don’t confess just to ease your guilt as that is not nice for her. Do try and be honest, but only if you feel you do not want to keep any secrets and think you two could work through it. It would take a while for her to regain trust, but she may be thankful you confessed and be able to work through it with you: only you know if she would prefer to know. If there is any chance at all the other woman/ someone you know could tell your wife then own up asap as it will be worse if she finds out you lied.
