ok I hate these type of questions...

but im going to ask it neway. im not fat and I dont consider myself fat… but im going to utah in 3 weeks and I want to look good… so can someone please tell me what a good routine(everyday) would consist of… to helping me tone up… and get a lil bit firmer… much appriciated thanx… and also maby a good diet…

you already look great stephanie!!! :) but you can go for a run and stretch a lot. I think that works. thats what we did in crew to get in shape for races. hope I helped stephanie!!
