Oh! Technical failure! Help me watch my favorite movie. ):

Okayyy, so I just downloaded the truth about cats and dogs and its in an avi format right now. I opened it with windows media player and it only plays the sound and it has a moving background that appears when I play music. How do I get it to play the images as well? Do I need to convert it into something different, if so what and what program can do this? I’ve watched on my computer before so I know that’s fine. Help! (:

Download vlc player it plays everything and it’s free just type in vlc on the web and it will come up.

I have Nero Home Essentials SE, it’s a video playing software program for the computer and it’s the only thing on my computer that plays .avi’s too, Windows Media Player doesn’t. If you can go buy that you can watch it, if not, find an online file format converter and convert the file to an .mpeg or something like that.
