Don't take this the wrong way but if you are trying to lose weight don't go on diets... The only diet you should go on is cutting the crap out of your diet. No fast food, candy, chocolate, soft drinks. Eat normally and just exercise a lot. It may be harder than an "oatmeal diet" but it will definitely be more effective and make your body look great and you will look healthier than starving yourself.
Actually food is not our enemy, pay attention to the compund of food is our responsibility, each meal have starch,protein and vegetable, and get rid of starch at dinner, eta healthy snack,not eat food after 8:00pm. take a walk about 30 minutes or more with a specail bar and take some good quality supplyment, you will not need diet.
my aunt is a nutritionist and she said that if i put splenda on the oatmeal it makes it healthier and i will get nutrients
Yes eating oatmeal is good for you but you have to balance it with fruit and exercise and the results are amazing :)
