Not eating after 6 pm

I dont eat after 6 pm so will I lose weight or will it do any damage to me or my metabolism? I reaaallly want to lose weight so this is what im trying to do

yupps… you could lose weight like this, as long as you watch what you eat, as well as limit it (eat food that is rich in fiber, low in fat, it all sorts of melons when it comes to fruit, eat green veggies, wild/red rice not white!, whole wheat bred…ect.) I’ve done this over the summer before and was able to lose like 2-3 pounds after 7-10 days (: tip* drink water!
