Should I get snakebite piercings if I can't have it at work?

Okay I want to get a snkebite pierceing, but im not allowed to have it where I work, I know I shouldnt get but I have been looking forward to this for about 5 months tops, and since im 18 now I can go get one on my own. What do you think I should do?

Answer #1

don’t risk losing your job.. get the magnetic ones until you quit/get fired/find a new job, and then you can get the real ones.

otherwise, apply at hot topic or spencers, and go crazy with whatever haha.

Answer #2

You do know that when you get your piercings, you have to keep them in almost the entire time for a couple weeks, right?

Depending on your hours, you’re going to have to take them out.

And it’s going to scab over, and hurt like hell when you try to put them back in.

Wait until you’re laid off.

oklahoma, Honestly, I don’t think you should. Yeah it sucks that you have been waiting for this for a while. But, you and I both know, a job is more important. You should focus on your job more, even though working sucks sometimes, it determines your future and is very important. And snake bites, are just a couple of holes in your face. Its clear to me which is more important and I hope you make the right choice. -ѕтәpн♥

Answer #4

I think that if you really want snakebites, go for it and find another job that will allow you to have it. Hot topic/spencers are great stores and they allow it.

Answer #5

just wear a spacer, then you can see it.

but I would go ahead and get them =]

Answer #6

If they don’t allow it where you work, don’t expect them to keep you employed if you get the snakebite piercings.

Answer #7

Um… I think if you can’t have them at work… it’s probably not a good ideal to get them…

Maybe you should wait until quit tlhis job…

Answer #8

get them to put in retainers that way once it heals you can put jewlery in when youre not at work

Answer #9

Wear a band-aid over it everytime you work. Or find a new job.
