I mean I have a Pretty Good Body But I want to get nice legs and a nice kinda big butt how can I acomplish to do that? what Do I Eat? Or what kind of exesising? Thankss(:
stuff with protein in it helps build muscle...so make sure you eat right or your nice a** will just be a nasty flabby a**...running long distances helps tone up your legs as well
eat chicken...and take a weight or something and hold it to your chest and squat(I cant spell) trust me it works. guys cant get enough of my butt haha
your in great shape. dont eat fast food, or junk food, work out atleast an hour a day or just be as active as you want.
