Need to lose weight for prom!

My prom is in a little more than a week. I really want to lose close to 10-15 lbs or little less. I know it’s not safe, blahblahblah. But I am normally a healthy person and will be able to keep it off once it’s gone. So, any tried and true fasts that will work?

Yep, already am a veghead. :) Pretty much only eat veggies and fruit anyway. haha. I do exercise quite often, but just haven’t been very motivated lately and on disability from sports. I will still be going for my 2-mile weekend run though thanks. :)

easyest way is to eat all helthy. water(not to much regular amount)is the only thing you should drink!thatr means no pop or cheatos!sorry those things are good but it’s a good way!! hope I helped!

why dont you go vegatarian 4 the week (unless your already a veggie) and you could go jogging or do some aireobic exercises :)
