At 15 you don’t have to worry much about fertility. What you have to worry about is your body’s natural ability to heal itself from wounds induced by the environment and/or stress.

At your present weight I don’t think you are eating properly, therefor you are not ingesting ENOUGH of the necessary nutrients to sustain good health.

You’ve only got this one body. It is up to YOU to take the best care of it that you can.

“What should a minimum calorie intake be?”

As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low.

Damn I was about to show you your BMI but looks like the person above me beat me to it! lol But yes you are severely underweight! This could lead to a weaken immune system, oesteaporosis, heart problems, malnutrition, infertilty and can even cause you to become diabetic! Please, please try to gain a bit of weight! For me? =) lol

Answer #5

ok, you need to gain weight, thats not even attractive to weigh that, you should weigh about 110-120, so at least try to gain and work out, dont just indulge but weigh around 105 youll look a lot better

Answer #6

I wish I had the answer, but I hope it will help you to know that you’re not alone. I am underweight too. I’m 5’8” and weigh around 110. I haven’t weighed recently because I’m scared that it may be less. I know what you’re asking. Hopefully there will be some replies. If you come up with any answers, please post them for other people going through the same thing. I will do the same.

Answer #7

Thats not healthy. That is like more than a couple of pounds underweight. You should try gaining a little more weight.

Answer #8

You have a BMI of 14.44.

BMI is equal to or less than 18.5 (Underweight) A lean BMI can indicate that your weight maybe too low. You should consult your physician to determine if you should gain weight, as low body mass can decrease your body’s immune system, which could lead to ilness such as disappearance of periods (women), bone loss, malnutrition and other conditions. The lower your BMI the greater these risks become.

Answer #9

sounds a nit more than a little underweight and no, its not healthy beoing underweight can be very dangerouse not only does it sound like your not getting tghe proper nutrients your body needs but it can mess you up internally and can affect your fertility as well if you very underweight that you stop getting perods/put them off, or dont get them very often then being underweight is making you infertile

Answer #10

YOUR CORRECT WEIGHT SHOULD BE 135 OR SOMETHING AROUND THAT SOV PLEASE GAIN SOME WEIGHT

Answer #11

Generally it’s bad. It may mean that you’re anorexic and need to be consuming more nutritious meals. It indicates that your health may be in danger.
