My waist is very thin any ideas

1 m 16.my waist is very thin.so I m filling my tummy with water and inserting tissue papers in my back to avoid runs.but I have to urinate for every 1 hour. And and my tunny again becomes very thin by evening.any ideas to avoid stop urination.and are there any liquids I can use instead water

First of all, please stop drinking that much water… You’re going to make yourself sick, and if you’re not careful, you’re going to end up drinking too much water and dying… Secondly, you cant just fill up your stomach, the stomach is not going to stay full, you could try working out at the gym to put on some muscle, possibly expanding your stomach (quite honestly, I dont think I’ve ever run into anyone who wanted a bigger waist so I dont know how that will work, but it will give you muscle), also talk to your doctor about ways to gain some weight…

Drink a Whey protien Shake 30 minutes before working out and you will buff up in no time

Drink whey protein but don’t work out as much, I have never heard of this, I would talk with your doctor, you might have a problem if you can’t retain weight.
