My stupid new friend is spreading that I like this girl, what shoul

So we are friends for about only 3 or 4 months and I made a big mistake that I trusted him, and I told him which girl I like. And today my other friend (we are friends for about 3 years) told me that my other stupid new “friend” is spreading which girl I like. He said that he found out from a guy that told him that my stupid “friend” told him about the girl. Now I think that if she knows that, she won’t even look at me anymore and she’ll hate me… I’m not sure if she knows that I like her.

I think that it didn’t spread widely for now, but I think that it will if I don’t do something. So, what should I do now? I’m really disappointed and I don’t know what to do… PLEASE HELP OUT!

I think that I’ll have to pummel his empty head for what he did…

Also, I’m a very shy guy… and I’m 17 by the way..

you should either get your self out or tell the girl that its true you do like her and what I mean by get your self out is go up to the guy and say “haha the jokes on you because I dont like that girl” lie if you dont want to tell the girl pretty much hope I helped

I’m just the same,I’m quite shy but I’m only 14. well this has kind of happened to me, if you like her (like in my case) go for it, ask her out,imeen nothing major,just small friendly things. I’ve found that girls can get annoyed if they hear that a guy has sed that and they havn’t yet had the guts to tell the girl. I say either lie your way out of it, but I think you’d be happier if you just asked her out. see howit goes anyway.

just ask her out if you really like her. the girl may like u, 2, but she may be 2 shy to like her. and I bet that you learned a valuable lesson… the girl will not ‘hate’ you. she may be a bit embarassed and shy to you for a while, but if you act like nothing is wrong, then she’ll eventually forget about it. hope I helped some!!
