My stupid hips and booty

Okay so im 5’4 and 115 lbs. Im not really toned but im not fat. I dont eat junk or anything that could hurt my body. For some reason hips are still wide and my booty will not slim down. How can I fix this?

I have the same issue despite excersising a lot and eating well. Some girls are just built in a certain body shape, mine being a classic ‘pear’ (bigger bottom than top half.) It can be hard work to change it, you really need to be consistant with regular cardio excersise & a healthy diet. Also being female means your body will naturally cling to fat in the areas surrounding the reproductive organs (so around your hips) to protect them - it’s what nature tells it to do. That is why men can often loose weight easier than females. Just work at it through excersise and you should see results.
