my shoulders hurt

ok. my shoulders have been hurting 4 a while now. I dont know y. I havent done and e thing 2 make them hurt. and e one know why they could b hurtin?

have you beed doing any recent work-outs or exercising that maybe your not used to? bc you could be sore. Or maybe you slept wrong. go to the doctors and let him know what you’ve been feeling. HOPE THIS HELPS YOU =)

do you carry a heavy backpack on your shoulders? and the only reason I ask is because I know that that might be part of the problem. my friends dad is a paramedic and he made her get a rolly back pack and she’s 13 and in 8th grade. I think that you might try to lay off of heavy things for now.

Ask your mom if she experienced this when she was your age . It also may be stress related. Do some walking outside and swing your arms lightly at first for few days to get the blood working and take some nice hot showers using the massage if you have on the shower head after your walks. If that doesn’t help need to see a doctor.

if you have a large chest, it could mean that you need a more supportive bra.

(hint: pushup demi or full coverage with wide straps at victoria’s secret).
