My pregnant dog is bleeding and not eating

My dog is in her 4th week of pregnancy. She has been eating a lot less for the past week and a half, then nothing at all for the past couple of days. Shes also been bleeding lightly here and there but just this morning started to bleed heavier. What could this mean?

Not to be rude, but what I can’t begin to understand is why in the world you have let her bleed for so long, without immediately taking her to the vet, the second you noticed her bleeding. Pregnant dogs have very large appetites, so the fact the she has not been eating is concerning. It’s not at all normal for a pregnant dog to be bleeding. She’s probably so Anemic right now, because of all of the blood loss! Very Big RED FLAGS!!! Only a vet can tell you exactly what is causing her to bleed. Your dog can and probably will die now, her puppies probably are already dead inside her and they need to come out, because you decided to let this go so long and not do anything about it. You should have never let her breed, because you don’t have the slightest clue what you are doing. She did not ask for this or deserve this! This is just plain cruel, for you to let this happen to her! Take this seriously! If you don’t want your dog to DIE, then don’t wait for answers here! Get off your computer and get her to the VET NOW, not later, not tomorrow or the next day, RIGHT NOW! I hope for her sake, it’s not too late already! If your dog does by some Miracle survive this, then when the vet says she is strong enough, have her Spayed, so she never had to go through this again!
