My Mans In Jail

I know what you’re going through…my man is my life, and he’s just been put in jail for burglary. It’s not his first go-round, he’s been in and out for the last 18 years of his life. I worry because he’s a 3-Striker and we live in California. He lucked out and got only 2 years this time but he’ll never have another chance again. It won’t take just for him to spit on the sidewalk or look at a cop wrong and away he goes for life

So, his getting out of jail won’t cure my stress! He’s still vulnerable once he gets out too, but I love him so much, leaving him just isn’t an option. He’s in a brutal jail right now, but he’s pretty rough himself..I still worry. I guess we have to just come to grips to the fact that they are grown men who put themselves where they are. Yes, THEY did it on their own. We must take care of ourselves to the best we can while they’re away so that we’re shining for their release date! Only so much you can do…I would come to an agreement though as far as on what terms you’re going to take him back when he comes out. Will you accept this again?
