My Knee = Red
My knees are sore and reddish? I have two little red bumps on my knee,they are very sore…please help? What can I do to make it better…
Thank you for the advice! It is better know it is still red with two little bumps,but it is not sore,which is very good.I had no ice packs so last night when I went to bed I put a cold,wet piece of tisse on my knee till morning.It is feeling a lot better now and I am using some cream for it called salvon,it is really good! Thanks again for the advice!
