I have a note from the doctor saying that I can no go to work yet until next month and maybe the doctor will extend me for one more month but I dont know if my job can force me to work or not any answer is welcome thank you.
Labor laws vary by state. If you belong to a union than contact them about your rights. Otherwise you should either consult an attorney or research on your own.
they cannot legally force you. if they are trying to you have every right to nail them for it.
No...if you have a note from your doctor, your employer cannot force you to work.
