My hair is falling out, and I'm getting dandruff soon I think!!

I’m scaaared!! I had dandruff when I was 6th grade and I took good care of my hair and I got over it, and I thought I was going to have healthy hair for good, but no, I think (not sure) that it’s coming back veeery soon, my head get a liiittle bit itchy sometimes, like it’s ichy for a couple of minutes and then the ichiness is gone, and my hair is falling off madly!!! it’s sooo embarrassing because it’s blonde, and it’s getting lighter by the time, and everytime I wear any colour, it shines in the sun, and it reaaally shows, and in school I have to go to the bathroom evry once in a while just to pull the hair off my shirt/uniform!!! Ugh!!! Sculp is showing little by little, no really recognised it but I did!!! I want my hair to be 100% healthy, no dandruff, no falling out, etc etc.. Nothing bad!! As helathy as it can be!!1 Any good ways??? … Anyone??? :(:(

Is your diet lacking in protein? If so… this is most likely the cause. You should see a doctor. If your dermatitis is severe enough to cause hair loss… sulfur shampoos won’t help.

do you dye your hair? dying (especially bleaching… you said your hair was blonde) will ruin your hair a lot

no I NEVER dyed my hair!! it’s dark blonde and it’s getting lighter,,, and I take a shower everyday because if I don’t it will get all greasy and icky and wicky!! I don’t curl my hair and I don’t straighten it!! my hair is already fine!! my hair is sometimes straight and sometimes curlyyy, so I don’t really need to do anything with it to strighten it or curl it, I just put it up and live my day!! and ya I also put it up when I sleep, I take shower with HOT water!

ok first of all DO NOT put it up while sleeping. That will tug at it all night, loosen the hair, and give you a bald spot! Also, buy a hydrating shampoo and conditioner. It helps to use shampoo/conditioner only every other day at the most ( you can still shower every day). And eat protein (peanut butter!!!). I’m from the Mediterranean and everyone has thick, healthy hair there so I recommend putting in olive oil after a shower and then wrap your hair in a scarf. You can sleep with it if you take showers at night (Mediterranean beauty secret). If this doesn’t work phone a doctor immediately. ALSO THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT rinse out your conditioner ALL THE WAY! If you don’t you can get build up. That will suffocate the hair, make it fall off, and you WILL see flakes (lots of them!!!). Don’t forget to talk to a doctor!

it can be either your washing it to much because atleast 80 hair strands fall out when you take a shower so thats why you cant wash your hair all the time dont dye it a lot because it kills your hair and gives it split ends like when you straighthen it and curl it it burns your hair so let your hair grow out without putting hairspray and dying it etc. just brush it and put it up or something and it should be fine!

Are you fond of eating chicken foods? because I’ve heard it can cause dandruff and i don’t think it there is connection between hair dandruff and hair loss. There are many reasons that can cause hair loss, it could be genetics, stress, lack of vitamins or bad diet. If you are looking for a natural treatment for hair loss.
