ok well I have this friend and he is dating his 2nd cousin. they do all sorts of stuff together, and I told him its kinda weird. but he says its ok because they're not blood relatives... his aunt married into his family and his aunts cousin is the mother of his cousin... so my questions are 1) is that legal? 2) does anyone else think thats ok? we live in ontario canada, and I will repeat THEY ARE NOT BLOOD RELATED
I have two sets of first cousins (yes - four in total) who are legally married and even have children (all normal). For the record, we also live in Ontario, Canada
It's legal and it's genetically safe, but a lot of people still frown upon it.
yer im pretty sure it is legal and I think its alright a tiny bit weird but ok. I have a friend who is like that but she wont listen, so I lefted her after two-three days of telling her
Yes it is legal Uhm in a lot of countries today, and even in Europe at the start of the century and earlier, marrying your cousins was perfectly normal...
