My friend wants to get fat

My friend wants to “get some extra pounds on body”, meaning that she wants to get fat. She’s really nice to me, so I wanna help her now in return, even though I’m not really cheering her on. And I’d appreciate it a lot if someone will give me some tips so I can tell them to my friend. Please do not post things like “eat a lot of fattening foods” because, of course, I know it already. What I’m looking for is some good tips of how, when, what to eat to gain weight. I’d really appreciate it if you can even share a good, easy recipe for foods. Thank you.

well, I can’t really give u recipes, but I can tell u one thing- it’s sooo easy!!! she should: eat foods thst are with carbohydrates, eat ice creams, cakes, stuff lik that for dessert, always really delicious food that u can’t resist for a couple of days, like tasty food, and not exercise or do things that are tiring, or hard. just chill and eat whatever u want. You’ll get fat.

Eat big portions of food and eat 3 huge meals per day anddobt eat break fast trust me it works.! Be lazy don’t excersise or anything be a couch potato it’s as easy as 123

If she has difficulty gaining weight, she may have a thyroid condition that could be dangerous to her health if not diagnosed and treated. Get her to a doctor right away!
