My friend forgot her password and her email address dosent work what does she do

If she can use the contact form AND show that her IP address is the same, etc, we may be able to help. Use the contact link in the footer…and, always, ALWAYS make sure that your email on file is valid on our site and confirmed.

contact the website she forgot her password at via telephone, update the email address over the phone, and have it sent tot he new email.

Not sure if it will work, but it’s worth a try, right?
