My first tattoo

So im gettin a tattoo next month and I cant decided what to get. Should I get: Stars on my right side. Or Tattooed ankle bracelet with a charm with my brothers(locked up) initials in side

Answer #1

I agree with sika

also, what I do is when I come up with a design I will put the picture as my desktop background so I look at it every day.

if I don’t get sick of it after like 6 months, I get the tattoo.

Answer #2

Go for the one with most meaning to you. And make sure it’s something that you really want b/c you have it for life. Lots of luck!

Answer #3

I wouldn’t get either, honestly. It seems like you’re not sure yourself, and if there’s even a tiny blip of question in your mind, a tattoo is not for you.

Answer #4

You’re doing it backwards. You should be getting a tattoo for a reason, not getting a tattoo just to get a tattoo. Be sure it’s something you feel will have a meaning to you for your whole life, not just here and now.

My tattoo artist does something very important before he starts. When someone comes to him that wants a tattoo, he asks what is means to them and why is it so significant to get it tattooed?

Answer #7

you should get one that has a meaning to it like i have a tattoo in the memory of my brother who died in july and another one thats a child abuse ribbon with the years i’ve been abused just don’t get one just because everyone else has one or just so you can say you have one
