How do I cope with my cousin's death in a hit-and-run?

Yea my cousin Kevin was killed last night in a hit and run.. there were no skid marts to even show that the guy tryed to stop.. Why and how could anyone do this? The police found out who did it.. and all i can i think about is a play by play in my head of him getting killed. This is to much for me to handle. i dont kno what to do..

Im so sorry for your loss

My advice is tell your mum how u and see how she feels and if u need 2 cry cry do u gotta do 2 greive let it all out

greif afects us all in different ways try getting reffired 2 a councilor from your GP

i now almost exactly how u feel exept my brother was 16 wen he gt runover while crossing th road the peepul hu did it wer doing a hit and run thing 2 but my bro must have gotten in the way, sorry 2 here about ur loss tara x x x x

I’m sorry to hear about your loss.

Seek a counselor. Death of someone close is really hard to deal with on your own.

My answer is, i have expericed death of some loved one. This happend almost a year ago, I still cry somtimes about her. She was my best friend and my only friend. 

Somtimes getting over death is hard it seems you where all right before this and then you went down a cliff, now u have to work your way back up the cliff.

Somtimes when your feelin allright but your not quite over it you can slip back down But you have to focas on all the good things on your life, when sombody starts talking about this, just say, im having a good day, i dont want to talk about this :) But somtimes talking about it is a good thing seek a coucler talk to your mom about it or your dad
