my brother is wandering how to ask out a girl he likes and wants to know the proper way?
Well the best thing to do is for him to start hanging out with her more to get to know her, like saying "what are you doing after school" and if shes not busy he could be like "want to go to the park" or something like that. Or even "would you want to go to the movies on the weekend?". Once they start hanging out more he will know if there is a vibe between them or not. :)
I agree with stephanie get to know her a bit first. then when he thinks they are both ready to start a proper relationship just ask her. don't make her feel uncomfartable or if she says no don't nagg or seem desperate if they still hang out, in time she will like him . make sure she knows he is going to respect her and treat her well. good luck :)
