How can I tell him how I feel about him?

You have to get him and sit down with the boy and talk to him and tell him how he makes you feel! Don't say so much because he will be scared away and he wont have nothing else to say! Dont say anything that would make him break up with you because if he does then he will tell his friends and everyone else that your way to emotional and that you told him this and you told him that! Just be yourself and when you do u will get the results you will be looking for and if not then your love with him is not meant to be. Good luck

If you are a shy type of girl, you could write a note to him about how you feel , and ask him to write you back. If you are a outgoing type of person, then you could go to a corner privately and tell him how you feel about him, and ask him how he feels about you. If he keeps making eye contact with you, then maybe that’s a start to see if he likes you. If all that didn’t help, go to Google, if it did help, then you can ask me more things, if you want.
