My boyfriend is always touching me in a certian place is it normal?

My boyfriend has been touching me on my chin and my knee and rubbing his hand on my face we have been going out since a month and a half ago and we have been kissing and all I think he is doing seduction but I can’t be sure I mean I am totally fine with him doing this and all but don’t know of it is seduction or not. I am 13 turning fourteen and so is he can anyone help with my problem and is he trying to show me how much he loves me or nori am new to love and all so of you guys would help me through this delemma of would be greatly approeayed

well if hes touching you on your chin face and knee, I think its just a way to show you how you feel, if he were trying to hint at sex he would be touching your privates. when my boyfriend touches me that way, well it makes me feel so happy because it makes me feel loved.

I think hes just doing it to show you hes comfortable around you and if you like it then it may possibly b that he is trying to get you to try different things, not neccesarily sex but maybe other things
