get either herpacin or abreva, dont touch it or touch anyone else with your lip or the affected area and dont drink after anyone because you may give it to them. a cold sore is a form of herpes and does not leave the body, it stays there for life, not to scare you, I would recommend going to the doctor and making sure its cold sore and not severely dried skin. I thought I had one but nothing helped until I got really powerful lip gloss and it took it away within seconds soo…
