My advice are not working

Hm, the load was extremely high on one of our servers…it’s an ongoing issue, eg, we’re working on it :) This weekend (gulp) we’re taking the first big step.
Hm, it could be one of a few things…we are having a few on going bugs, as we have a lot more people online these days than a few months ago.
And, if you can…try installing firefox or chrome to browse the web, rather than Internet Explorer, it’s faster & more secure (they both are).
To help further…I’ll need more specifics of what isn’t working.
