What is it hard for you to find a record company to record your music when you were in your music career?
I have a friend that's a singer trying to break into the mainstream of the music industry. Finding lables isn't hard, actually getting them to listen to your demo is the trick. Sooo many people want a career in music, but very few make it and the demos pile up on someones desk. Hard isn't the word, by helping my friend out it's very difficult, expensive, time consuming, and a major challenge overall, but all woth it if that's what you want. Best advice is to network and make as many connections with the right people as possible. Not everybody is your friend, its a cut-throat business so watch your back.
Hi,
Why is it hard? or what is hard?
I'm sure it's hard because there are a lot of people who want to be signed and have a career, but the record companies have limited time and resources.
You could always try out for American Idol!
