The children I take care of are sick often. Due to school being on now again, I'm assuming that this will become more frequent. Soo I was looking for ways to boost my immune system so that I, perhaps, will not be caught by the bug as frequently or as harshly when I do happen to catch one. Will taking multivitamins help me? If not, any ideas on what will? All advice appreciated.
Yes, a good multi vitamin TOGETHER with a good diet, helps give you a boost. We don't always get everything that we need in everyday. I take vitamin B and magnesium for stress together with a vitamin and it makes a different for me.
taking a straight multivitamen in pill form isnt as good as you may think, eating a balanced diet is much more effective, because only a small portion of the vitamens in your pill will be absorbed
im pretty sure the only vitamin with an immune boost is vitamin c
