Where does it say you cannot have multiple accounts on FunAdvice in the Terms of Use?

I just read the entire terms of use, yet I can’t find where it says you cannot create multiple accounts on FunAdvice. I know it is against the rules, but I just can’t find it. Is this a mistake, was it just not wrote in there, or did I just misread or overlook it? If it is indeed in there can someone tell me where?

First sentence. This Web site is for your personal and non-commercial use if you are 13 years of age or older at the time of usage.

Should we add in 100 other things…just so that people aren’t confused when they read it? Thing is, even if we made it 100 pages, nobody would ever read the whole thing.

  1. False or misleading profile information, including bad email, date of birth, impersonation or similar.

If you setup 2 accounts, that’s false info, imho, as well. Besides which the rules are up to our interpretation…and we disclaim any and all liability…etc, etc.

So if someone created a new account because they forgot their email and password for the old one, and didn’t know how to delete the old one.Using the same information (D.O.B., email, etc.) They would be providing false or misleading information?

Yes…b/c it’s confusing to EVERYBODY if you have multiple accounts. Why would it NOT be confusing?

If someone has forgotten all their login information, they can simply use the “contact us* link at the bottom of the page for help.
