i'm going to turn 17 in just 5 more weeks, i have planned to move out with my friend at an apartment, i just want to make sure that my parents won't be able to to anything, like force me back to the house. can anyone tell me????
well first of all you would need to be able to support yourself if your thinking on doing this take in to consideration on how the both of you are gonna be able to do this also just out of curiosity how old is your friend and do you think if anything happens your friend will support you. do you have a job are you in school can you drive and are you and your parents getting along and do they say ok..if everything i said is a yes then your good to go but dont do that to your parents if your not getting along because your life could become a living hell if i were you i would talk to your parents about it and have your friend there because it is possable to become independent from your parents but you would have to show the court that you have a steady income and can support yourself like an adult ..you can devorce yourself from your parents but i forget the word for it so look in to it and hopefully youll fand what your looking for ..good luck
