After,When you are done with your brushing,Some of the germs are left between your teeth,on your inner cheeks and on your gums. These are the regions the toothbrush cannot reach. So,the mouthwash is used to kill the remaining germs in the cosiderably hidden places.
i do both, i scrape my tounge then gargle with mouth wash then brush my teeth and tounge gums and cheeks. and the roof of my mouth then do it again then use the mouthwash again
Read the directions on the bottle of mouthwash. Most of them call for using it after brushing teeth, but some of them say use before brushing for best results.
IT MUST BE USED AFTER IT , so you vanish all the germs stuck between ur teeth , the ones ur brush couldn't reach to terminator . :)
I would use it afterwards so you can get any off any germs left behind that the toothbrush didnt get. :)
It depends what mouthwash you are using.. you must read the instruction before use.
You use toothpaste before mouthwashing.
