Monroe Piercing

Okiies, so look. I have 5 piercings already on my face. So I thought, hey, I’ll get something different & get a monroe done. Well, I got the redness, I got the white skin underneath in my mouth. I got all the normal symptoms. But one thing . . My mouth .. Is sucking in my ball. My ball is completely caved in my face, so much that I can’t even unscrew the ball.

yeah thats not good! the ball is probably too small, so its just sunk into the skin when you get it peirced they should do it with a fairly big ball that looks a bit stupid untill you can change it after its healed… but thats so it doesnt sink in your face so go back to place you got it done at and ask them to put a bigger ball in it sometimes theyll do that for free or make you pay for the ball

That happened to me. I loved my monroe at first then it started sinking in. I payed so much for it so I didn’t want to take it out but I had to.

If the bar is too long it bangs against your teeth and is very uncomfy. If it’s too small it sinks in. I hated the experience. I have other piercings in my face and I love them

that happened with my belly bar. it sunk in but I went back to where I got it pierced and they put a bigger bar in for free :) apparently it was because the bar was too small for the skin they had pierced. hope the helps :)

go to the place you got it pierced and ask there opinion about what you should do. first off id ice it and take antiinflamitorys
