What do i say to my mom?

I have add and adhd and anger issues so my doctor keeps giving me so many pills. I hate taking them they taste bad and are huge. I haver to take them at school and i get made fun of for it what should i do?

Ask if you can stop taking them or just refuse to. You shouldnt have to take anything for any reason if you dont want to. You can teach yourself how to calm down when you get angry or to talk a break until it passes. You can teach yourself to realize when you’re hyper and to know when to tone it down.

Unfortunetly this is a medical condition that you have. You cannot teach yourself to calm down when needed. I am sure you realize that as you are the one who experiences it. You have to deal with this the same way someone with any other medical condition does. Lets say it was diabetes instead of ADHD. You would have to take insulin to keep your body regulated and to not have the negative affects of your condition.

You should talk to a school councilor regarding the teasing you get from your classmates. Picking on you due to your disability is a major issue that the school must deal with. In the mean time you will just have to deal with it. The people picking on you are ignorant a$$holes. This is one of lifes tough and not fair lessons.
