does a miscarriage ALWAYS have severe pains?

i know for a fact i was pregnant. but i went to get a sonogram today and they said the baby wasnt there anymore but i never really went through any severe pains but i had a few days of bad bleeding. what could have happened?

Answer #1

No I heard you don’t always have huge pain but if you know for a fact that you were pregnant before then most likely you miscarried

Answer #2

the doctor said either i miscarried or the baby is in my tubes.. . ? i dont know. but i also took another pregnancy test that was negative. im just hoping it was wrong and there is still a baby in me alive and healthy. if i am pregnant still its only 2 months so yeah…

Answer #3

Why wouldn’t the doctor know if the baby was still inside you or not? That’s weird I thought a doctor would’ve told you what happened. But I think that if the test was negative most likely it’s not there anymore. So sorry

Answer #4

Apart from emtional pain I don’t think so :/

Answer #5

You would know if it were an eptopic pregnancy, i’m sorry to say but you most likely lost the baby :(

Answer #6

No, sometimes you have pain and sometimes you just have heavy bleeding. It varies from woman to woman and it also depends on how far along your were in the pregnancy. If you weren’t far along, then you probably wouldn’t have had much discomfort. I’m sorry this had to happen to you.
