Messed-up sleeping!

Ok so my sleep plan is going haywire(spelling) but I’ve been going to sleep at like five in the morning, and waking up at 5 pm, whats the best way to get it back to normal before school starts?

start going to bed at earlier times and dont sleep more than 10 hours

If your sleep pattern is that messed up you are going to have to go about it slowly. Each night, go to sleep 2-3 hours earlier than the night before. Eventually you will be back into a regular sleep pattern.
