Honestly, do your research…. you cannot have a job if you do not have a green card… unless you were brought in from abroad, that said you cannot change jobs either… but before we even get to that… a child molester would definitely not be in the United states with or without a GC, there is something called a Black list and it is very real…… Also this is the best part, you are breaking federal law for retrieving information from a police station for personal use, that’s right, you are admitting a crime on the internet… well done

…Are you even sure you know what you’re talking about? I mean you don’t have this guys fingerprints, his social security or tax ID number, or even his full legal name do you? So how do you know you pulled up the right records?

Also your cousins are crooks who have illegally shared another person’s records with you - does that mean they shouldn’t have their jobs?

Further - your friend doesn’t have a diploma, may lack experience, may have totally flunked the interview, and could possibly lack the sort of resume that would have netted her the interest needed for this job. Whereas the other person may have all that plus an inner track to the gig.

You don’t know and neither do we so - so I don’t know if this question will ever produce a suitable answer for you.
