A couple days before my cycle I experience dizziness and headaches. also very tired and moody. the main attention to my concern is the dizziness and feels like the room is spinning especially when I walk. Is it low iron?
It sounds like low iron - it would make sense because of the blood loss, but you're better of speaking to a doctor for an accurate diagnosis.
You might also want to consider using the birth control pill then to even out things for you.
I used to have the same problem. Every month when I had my period I would become anemic and have very low iron counts. Get on a birth control pill. It will balance out your body's regular patterns and help with low iron.
