Are all men so unresponsive?

its something that happens a lot between us. And i have borught it up to him many times and he keeps syaing i will respond more, but it never happens and i t really bugs me.

Have you asked him what it is that makes him not respond? Like.. his reason for it all? Is he shy or?

Yea i hae, but he responds with being unresponsive, he shrugs or says I dont know, and he is definately not shy. I just dont get it, it bugs me to no end.

Maybe he just doesn’t care. Not to be offensive, but sometimes guys don’t really care about what women say of themselves because it’s not our field of expertise. Like, when my sister says how she’s getting fatter or asks me about makeup, I just stay silent because I don’t give a damn. If he isn’t shy, then maybe he agrees with you. Or maybe he just feels intimidated that if he responds, you won’t like his answer. Some girls are that way.

sh*t lol that would suck. I guess i should talk to him, like hold him down and really make him talk to me about this. thanks.

No problem. I’m good at giving advice to people. I just wish I followed my advice! xD

hah i wish i would follow my own advice once in a while too, i never do though.

Doesn’t that suck, how you give out such great advice, but then when you’re stuck in the same situation, you forget what to do? Funny how the world works like that.

lol, thats why there are other people who give great advice so when were stuck we have them :D.

If you watch any comediens, you’ll see that many jokes are about men being afraid to respond….because they really don’t know what you’re talking about (especially if you’re talking about yourself/your feelings/someone else’s feelings/clothes/anything “chick” like……….when they do understand what you’re talking about, half the time their afraid to respond, because it might be wrong…..silence is a man’s friend :)….

Anyway, this male reponsiveness is common enough to make for comedic fodder.
