Answer #3

There is no other way, other than praticing, over and over again on whatever intrusment it is, it’s hard, but after a while, you will play it by memory, and just play it trough, not even bothering to look at it, it’s like your hands will do it by themselfs.

Answer #4

My orchestra teacher gives us this web site and we look up the music and listen to it being played by another orchestra and helps to memorize the sound of it instead of actually knowing the notes. The website is called jwpepper.com if you want to look something up and listen to it.

Answer #5

To memorize sheet music, I always right the letter in next to the note, and practicing that over and over again will eventually stick in your brain if you just think about the letter order over and over again, whilst playing. But, I always use the sheet music evertime I play the piano.

Answer #6

Play it over and over again until you’ve got it down Also, I find if you play it in segments, that also helps (Like memorizing the first eight measures, then the next eight, then play all sixteen etc.)

Answer #7

Listen to it. Record it and listen to the recording over and over and over again. Then play along with the recording . The breaking it down is a good idea. But as per the fundamental theory of the Suzuki method, there’s nothing more reinforcing than listening. That being said, it also depends on what kind of learner you are.
