What is the most meaningful gift you have ever received?

The day my grandmother passed away she gave me a necklace she wanted me to have, we new she was close to the end

This may not seem like much, but when I was younger I was collecting this book set by a british author. There was only one book missing from the set, and after months of searching, I couldn’t find it anywhere. My dad came home from a business trip and he had the book. I dont have the books anymore, but it meant a lot that he took time to go find the book which was out of print and not easy to get.

For my tenth birthday I was given a hand-sewn quilt by the women in my family. It’s been passed through my mom’s side for generations on the 10th birthday by tradition and belonged to a great-great grandmother of mine :)

when my grandmother died.. us grandchildren got diamond earrings from her wedding band and the daughters got rings from the bigger diamonds from her ring..

for yule i got the most amazing djembe from my spouse, it has pearl inlays and has a tree goddess craved into the trunk amazing and beautiful!

for my birthday i got an awesome bike from my spouse, no one has ever gotton me a gift like that before.. and the drum they are both awesome

great answers… one of mine was a tiny book of poetry that every page had a word highlighted to spell out a very special message for me when i was done reading. warmed my heart.
