Me and my sister!

Ok, me and my sister do not get along because she is a pig…I have to clean up after her when she stays with my mom and me, she has two kids shes 27 and she pawns her 3 and 1 year olds on us when she wants to go do drugs or meet up with some 17 year old shes chasing after…me and my mom are moving to somewhere where she can live with us to…im dreading it but mom wont turn her away which I understand..umm im 15 and I go to high school but my sisters ex boyfriend and exgirlfriend want me to come and live with them like 30 miles away from my mom, because me and mom dont get along much either because she leaves me at home to go and play stupid bingo with a crackhead that I cant stand and that I know shes falliong for even though she just got away from an alcoholic…geez louize…so anyway how do I talk my mom into letting me move out and stay with them if im gonna be 16 in 3 months and ill have a part time job and going to school and everything…im just tired of bullmess…please help me..
