Two years of local internet service costs $685, plus the installation fee of $85. What is the monthly fee?

Answer #1

take the 685.00 add the service fee of 85.00 to get a total of 770.00. divide by 24 to get the total of 32.08 per month i hope this helps

Answer #2

Considering you would typically pay the installation fee upfront, that shouldn’t be added into the calculation….divide 685 by 24 = 28.54

Answer #3

Well that is a very easy problem. THe installation fee shouldnt be added into the equation because it is not a monthly fee, so you simply take the amount of money, $685 and two years is 24 months so you divide $685 by 24 because you need to split that money up into each month, and you get $28.54. So the monthly fee is 28.54. But if you want to add in the installation fee you would add that to the $685 which is $770.00, divide that by 24 and you get 32.08, but you would only do that if you were to pay off the installation fee every month for 2 years which you wouldnt cuz youd pay it upfront. Hope it gelps!
