i assume u mean metabolism? some ppl have a higher metabolism than others this is down to your genes,as you get older unfortunately your metabolism slows down so really the only way to speed it up is to excercise regularly and to try eat healthily,excercising like jogging and cardio are good,they say green tea can help speed up your metabolism too
Exercise in the morning, it brings up your metabolism for the day. Also make sure you do not get hungry. Eat 5 - 6 small meals a day. That will help keep your metabolism up, also don't forget to drink lots of water.
A good way to kick start your metabolism is to drink either cold water or hot water with real lemon juice in the morning.
