Masturbaing

can never masturbating again affect ur sexual practice or wellness,?

Answer #1

The downsides to never masturbating are potentiel sexual frustration and a limited knowledge of your body, how it works and what makes you feel good. Both these things can lead to frustration in the bedroom concerning sexual pleasure and pratice. The side effects of sexual frustration can vary and effect your mood (ex.:impatience, nervousness, etc). It is said that masturbating can alleviate depression and give onself a greater sens of self worth. It can also help alleviate sexual tension in couples where one partner desires more sex then the other. Its also thought of as a technique that protects people from contracting STDS-AIDS because instead of choosing a partner to release sexual needs, one does it alone therefore replacing sex (potentialy dangerous) by masturbation (not exposing onself to possible STD-AIDS).

That being said NOT everyone masturbates (ex.: they only have sexual intercourse) and some feel quite happy without any type of sexual release (ex.: complete abstinence). Masturbation can become problematic if the techniques used can harm you in anyway (ex: using unclean objects) or when chronique masturbations occurs (ex.: when masturbating effects your ability of fuctioning in the real world by placing you at risk of pursuing destructive or illegal activities).

Not masturbating won’t kill you or make you deranged or sick but it can sure help to get to know your sexuality better and help you to feel more relaxed.
