Master Cuts screwed my hair up!

yesterday I got my hair cut. all I wanted was for it to get the top half razored to I can tease it. and you know what she did?

she cut my hair 2 in shorter at the bottom. and left all the top alone. so its long too. and to make matters worse. its crooked! the left side is longer than the right!!!

she cut my bangs just when I got them long enough to part to the side and now they dont stay again!

she didnt do anything I asked!

I payed 15 dollars for nothing!

what do I do?

I dont know how to fix it. im thinking about going to a beauty store and buying the razory scissor things and doing it myself but I might make it worse…

please help me. I go to schoool in 2 weeks

Look around in your area for a Licensed Beautician School. The teachers there will be glad to help you. They may be able to make you happy with what you have. I’m sure you are beautiful anyway you are!! Also make a complaint to the management of the Master Cuts and make them give you your money back.

Answer #2

Don’t do it yourself simply do what she ^ said and don’t take no for an answer and if they keep saying no talk to the manager member shove their motto in their face “The CUSTOMER is ALWAYS right” =)

Answer #3

Go back to the place you got your haircut and demand a full refund…or at least demand a free hair cut to fix your hair..or you could just go to a different place and get it fixed..idunno

I wish there was someone I trusted to do my hair.

when my 3 best friends were cutting eachothers hair I had to saay no because 1- I dont want my hair short,I look bad with short hair.

2- I dont trust anyone but myself with my hair…

it just looks so bad.

I dont think me and my mum want to pay to get my hair cut again. I might have to wai til December to get it cut again

Hi lalalovescoco292, My daughter is an excellent hair stylist. I’ll try to see if she has any advice for you. Please don’t panic, as you could make matters even worse. If you leave things as they are, it should be less complicated for a qualified stylist to correct and your options will be greater. My daughter works in Orange County, CA. Perhaps that’s near you. If not, ask someone you trust, to direct you to her regular hair stylist. If they do a good job, keep them. Build that relationship; because the more they know you and your hair, the better you’ll look. - Concerned

Answer #6

Most places, even a super cuts or master cuts, have what’s called a “re-do policy.” If you’re not happy, go back and tell them so! Like the other people said, demand either a full refund or the cut to be redone.

Answer #7

guys just becasue she went to mastercuts and got her hair done doesn’t mean the whole salon is like that. Its the Stylist that screwed it up. Im a hair stylist at MASTERCUTS and I graduated from the best Cosmetology School which is Paul Mitchell. So please dont say negetive things about it, its the Stylist!

I walked into a Mastercuts to get a dry haircut, That means your hair is cut dry to you can immediately see what the cut looks like. They used a spray bottle and wet my hair. When I asked if I can use a blow dryer to dry my hair I was told that that costs extra! So they were making me leave the store with wet hair even though it was supposed to be a dry cut. I told them that I will complain to the main office, and the mall office, and asked the manager for her name. She flipped out and called security, who called the police and the next thing I know I was detained because the store manager said I wanted to leave the store without paying! I never left the store - I was trying to resolve the conflict, or at least get the names of the people involved. It was a horrible experience, I was detained for over an hour. What a frivolous abuse of police time and what terrible treatment of a customer!!
