Making Donuts?

as much as I know, say for dunkin donuts or so, they have the doughnuts delivered to their place already done, just needs to be presented to the market… but some has their own kitchen and oven to have it be done with.. and for the baking, they do bake depends on how they foresee customers coming in.. they have this peak hours, to where they anticipate most customers coming in, usually breakfast, lunch/afternoon break, so forth.. and employees work 8 hours plus an hour of lunch break/unpaid.. and they work by shift - opener, mid-shift and closer shifts…

It depends on whether they have one, two or three shifts and it may also depend on the manager at each individual doughnut place. It might help to be a little more specific. If you want to know when the doughnuts are the freshest, look for their sign that says ‘hot’ I believe. Krispy Kreme does that. They are probably making them all day.

My friend works there, and says he starts at one in the morning..

Seeing as how they open at 5..and they have to make a lot lol.

Wow, 1am? That’s good though, that they don’t make them the night before.

I’m pretty sure they start making them in the morning..?
