How to start to use cover up when I'm not into makeup?
I Need Help!! I Have About 4 Red Zits On my forehead, and I have this hideouse birthmark the siz of a golfball on my neck. and I hate that!!! I am a tomboy, so I dont use makeup and my mom nows that, but I really want to cover these ugly things up! how am I supposed to tell her I want to start using at least cover up to hide them. when she KNOWS I am not the make up girl. but im tired of seing this day after day. please help me!
what’s the big deal about your mom knowing you’re a tomboy and you want makeup? and besides, you’re 14 you don’t really need your moms assistance in buying make-up, just hit up the local rite-aid and by some concealer and face powder. spend like 10 bucks, nothing huge. she’s not going to think any better or any less of you for wanting to minimize your minor imperfections, we all do it.
just be like “mom, I was wondering if we could go and get cover up for all this, I know im a tomboy but im still a girl (if shes like what the f*ck?)…blah blah blah” your mom might even be like holy smack she wants make up and be like okay, its only natural for a girl to want to hide imperfections. you’re mom isnt going to hate you if you ask for make up it doesnt change who you are and its not like your going to become some make up obsessed girl.
